Public Examinations Information


The following alternatives are offered to pupils who cannot collect their results personally:


Provide a 1st Class stamped addressed envelope to the Exams Office by 16th July 2018 if they wish results to be posted home. Pupils must put their candidate (exam) number CLEARLY in the top left hand corner of the envelope. Results will be posted out on Results Day.


A parent or other person authorised by the pupil can collect the pupil’s results on their behalf. For this collection to take place, the authorised person (including a parent) will need to bring with them,

  • a letter of authorisation signed by the pupil AND
  • a formal type of photo identification such as a driving licence or passport.

The pupil must also notify the Exams Office in writing or by email to prior to Results Day to inform the Exams Office that an authorised person is going to collect their results. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RESULTS BE GIVEN OVER THE TELEPHONE OR BY EMAIL.
