Having problems with the RM Learning Platform?
Please read through the FAQ below before contacting the Learning Platform Administrator. The FAQ contain solutions to common issues and faults you may encounter when using the Learning Platform as well as detail of who to contact if needed.

What is the RMLP/KLP?
The RM Learning Platform (RMLP) gives you a personalised view of information and resources relevant to you and your child/children, and therefore helps to improve communication to and from the school. The learning platform also helps people to collaborate more effectively using ‘Interest Spaces’ to share information, ideas and documents within a group. The RM Learning Platform was formerly known as Kaleidos Learning Platform or KLP.
I do not have an account!
Parents – If you know you should have an account then please contact the Learning Platform Administrator by email.
Students – If you have not been told your account details please see the Learning Platform Administrator (in Mr. Needham’s office) or your ICT Teacher during your ICT lesson.
How do I access the Learning Platform?
To access the Learning Platform you will need your unique username and password. You should have received these via two separate letters from the school. If you are a student then your account should have been given to you in an ICT lesson.

Can I login using my previous Primary School account?
If your child/you previously had access to the Learning Platform at primary school then you should also have and account set up ready to use. The accounts are automatically transfered to Bury Church High School when your child finishes primary school and starts at Bury Church. Your login details will be the same as before.
If you are unable to login using your previous account details please notify the Learning Platform Administrator by email. Your password can then be reset or new account details issued.
I have two children that go to this school – do I need two accounts?
No. You should be able to view information about both/all your children by logging in with the same username and password. If your child has just come into year 7 and you have an older child in school, you won’t be issued with a new username and password – just continue using your usual log in. Even if your children go to different school, you only need one account.
I have forgotten my password, how do I get it reset?
You will need to contact the Learning Platform Administrator by email to have your password rest.
Parents: For security reasons please provide your Full Name, Username, childs Full Name, and Form Group they are in. The detials will then be checked and your password reset. Your new password will be emailed back to you.
Students: Please see the Learning Platform Administrator (in Mr. Needham’s Office) or your ICT Teacher to have your password reset.
I have forgotten my username, how can I find out what it is?
You will need to contact the Learning Platform Administrator by email to have your username sent to you.
Parents: For security reasons please provide your Full Name, childs Full Name, and Form Group they are in. The details will then be checked and your username sent to you.
Students: Please see the Learning Platform Administrator or your ICT Teacher to remind you of your username.
Can the Learning Platform Administrator issue Kerboodle/Yacapaca account details?
The Learning Platform Administrator is unable to issue account details or provide support for other online learning software such as Kerboodle or Yacapaca. If you require account details or support with using the software you will need to speak to the teacher who has requested you to access the software.
